How we use your data
The plain-language version. The full details are in our privacy policy.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo. With an email code: your email address.
- Your mobile number, only if you choose to give it.
- What you put on your invitations: names, events, venues, messages, contact numbers and photos.
- Your orders and payment references (the UPI transaction number). We never see your bank or card details.
Why
- To let you sign in, make invitations and share them.
- To confirm your payments and send you receipts and notices about your invitations.
- To contact you about offers and product updates, only if you ticked the box that allows it. You can untick it any time in Settings.
Who can see your invitation
Anyone who has the link to a published invitation can see everything on it, including photos and phone numbers you add. Links are long and random, and invitations are hidden from Google and other search engines. Guests don't sign in, and we don't collect any personal data about them; we only count how many times an invitation was opened.
How long we keep it
- Free invitations stay live until 3 days after the last event, premium ones until 1 year after.
- 30 days after an invitation ends, its content and photos are deleted. Drafts you haven't touched for 180 days are deleted too. We email you 7 days before.
- Payment records are kept as the law requires for accounting.
How to delete it
In Settings, choose Delete my account. Your invitations, photos and profile are deleted straight away. Payment records are kept for accounting, without your name or email.
